Adam Lisagor
Founder
Adam Lisagor is the founder of Sandwich. His favorite thing to do is help people understand new ideas, using filmmaking and empathy and light jokes. He loves his team and knows that without them, he'd be nothing.
JP Bolles
CCO
JP is our CCO, overseeing the entire creative process from concept to production to post. He loves directing, loves cooking, and loves meeting cool dogs.
Lauren Cynkar
President/COO
Lauren is our President and COO. She keeps the ship running, gets to know our clients and negotiates contractual terms for their projects that are fair and friendly. And she keeps communication between our internal departments orderly and adorable.
Zach Hobesh
CPO
Zach is our CPO which means Chief Post Officer, running our post department, supervising the post team, guiding our clients through the post-production process and delivering the mail on time. He makes excellent to-do lists.
Benjamin Lebeau
Lead Editor
Ben is our Lead Editor, and is hands-on with all aspects of our post-production process. He also directs some of our more ambitious projects. His official title, "editore du magnifiquente," is of unknown origin but remains unquestioned by all those who work at Sandwich.
Nichole Luna
Production & Office Coordinator
Nichole is our Production & Office Coordinator. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has everything they could ever need, both in the office and on set. She gets into work way before anyone else. If she were a superhero she'd be Ant Man because she can carry her body weight in office goods up the stairs.
Jenny Panush
Post Creative
Jenny is our Post Creative. They work on motion graphics, VFX, social media, music and being a friend to all. They enjoy hiking, drawing and their weekly game of dungeons and dragons (halfling, bard).
Roxanna Finley
Head of Accounts
As our Head of Accounts, Roxanna acts as hub of information and communication between Sandwich team and client from first inquiry to shoot day. She loves keeping projects organized and making lists. When she's not managing our projects she's probably petting a dog or making one of her world-famous cheese boards.
Suzie Meyer
Production Manager
Suzie got her start at Sandwich many moons ago, and more recently joined the team full-time to contribute her vast production experience in yet-to-be-defined ways. She considers herself a hodgepodge of a person so if you like stuff, Suzie can probably talk to you about it, 'cause she sure likes stuff too.
Dan Sturm
VFX Supervisor
Dan is our Visual Effects Supervisor, managing VFX artists and pipelines. He also occasionally directs. He enjoys coffee, tacos, and a third thing that's not food, probably.
Eitan Penner
Creator
Eitan is our TikTok Creator. We call him Eitan the Creator. He makes original vertical content for brands and for our own accounts. Find him on set with phone in hand, or your money back guaranteed.
